2. Use of Services
You agree to use Dialog 365 only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:
- Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Disrupt or interfere with platform performance or security
- Misuse AI features in a way that violates customer privacy or rights
3. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account or use Dialog 365 on behalf of an organization:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account
- You confirm that you have authority to bind your organization to these Terms
4. AI-Native Features
Dialog 365 uses AI to assist contact center operations, including agent assistance, automation, and interaction insights.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs are intended to support, not replace, human decision-making
- Final responsibility for customer interactions remains with your organization
- AI outputs may require human review depending on use cases
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect information.
You agree that:
- You have the right to process customer data submitted to the platform
- You are responsible for complying with data protection laws applicable to your customers
6. Third-Party Integrations
Dialog 365 may integrate with third-party platforms such as CRMs, communication tools, or collaboration software.
We are not responsible for:
- Availability or performance of third-party services
- Data handling practices of third-party providers
Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials related to Dialog 365 are owned by or licensed to Dialog 365.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform
- Use Dialog 365 branding without prior written permission
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services, but we do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- That the Services will meet all specific business requirements
We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Dialog 365 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, or service interruptions
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services, if any, during the applicable period
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:
- These Terms are violated
- The Services are misused
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
You may stop using the Services at any time.
